the fish is a Lionfish, hence the title. I was trying out a new technique with acrylic inks and watercolor- but I ended up going nuts with colored pencils-oh well, I still like it.

This is actually referenced from a picture I took in epcot last year. The fish was in that exact pose, and the coral was really that colorful (hey, it was in Disney)

Oh wow! That is so pretty! I love the colors! And this fish fins and everything look so good! And the shading and stuff is so pretty pretty! Great picture!
